Thank you for joining the Sky Island Quartet for an evening of unforgettable music! To ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you review our general policies below. Your cooperation helps us create a welcoming and memorable event for all attendees.
No Refunds
All ticket sales are final. While we can’t offer refunds or exchanges, tickets are transferable. If you’re unable to attend, feel free to share your ticket with another music lover. Let us know in advance, and we’ll assist with a smooth transfer process.
Respectful Attendance
Our performances are designed to create a serene and engaging musical experience. If any attendee becomes disruptive during the concert, we may kindly ask them to step outside. This ensures the enjoyment of all guests and preserves the magic of the performance.
Food and Beverage Guidelines
Each venue we perform at may have unique rules regarding food and drinks. As a general courtesy, we ask that no noisy snacks or beverages be brought into the concert space. Crinkling wrappers and slurps can easily compete with the delicate beauty of live music. Please respect venue guidelines and keep the focus on the music.
